About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Photographer & Videographer who can capture high-energy moments, landscapes, and participant experiences during our events and tours. Your work will play a key role in telling visual stories that inspire and engage our community across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos during events 

• Shoot and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and promotional campaigns

• Work closely with the content team to follow brand guidelines and storytelling direction

• Organise, select, and deliver raw and edited files promptly

• Ensure proper storage, backups, and naming of files for future use

• Be available for on-location shoots (often outdoor and early morning)

• Capture candid shots, action sequences, drone footage and interviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, mics, and lighting setups

• Strong command over editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop

• Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments

• Creative eye for framing, motion, and emotion

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Preferred:

• Experience in outdoor shoots, fitness/sports content

• Drone operation skills and license

• Portfolio showcasing similar event coverage

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries for cycling tours, treks, and adventure expeditions
• Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
• Explain itineraries, safety standards, inclusions, and gear requirements to clients
• Maintain CRM with follow-ups, payments, and confirmations
• Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
• Coordinate with operations and expedition teams for smooth execution
• Upsell add-ons such as gear rentals, insurance, and premium services
• Build a strong community of repeat travelers and cyclists

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel / Sports / Management preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in travel sales, adventure travel, or outdoor sports sales
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Passion for cycling, trekking, fitness, and outdoor travel
• Comfortable working with targets and peak-season pressure
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and social media leads

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in cycling expeditions, trekking companies, or adventure brands
• Knowledge of Indian trekking routes and cycling circuits

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regular Posting & Content Creation:

• Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule across social Media Platforms.

• Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories that align with the brand’s identity.

2. Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest social media trends.

• Analyse competitors and suggest innovative strategies to enhance engagement.

3. Community Engagement & Customer Interaction:

• Actively like, comment, and engage with customers, followers, and potential leads.

• Build and maintain relationships through meaningful interactions.

• Respond to DMs and comments promptly.

4. Storytelling & Interactive Content:

• Post daily stories using polls, Q&A, and live updates.

• Cover events, tours, and customer experiences through engaging storytelling.

5. Performance Tracking & Growth Strategies:

• Monitor engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, followers) and suggest improvements.

• Experiment with content formats to optimise reach and engagement.

6. Profile Optimisation & Branding:

• Ensure profile elements (bio, highlights, pinned posts) are well optimised.

• Maintain a cohesive visual and brand aesthetic.

7. Making event live on different platforms

• Ensure upcoming events are made live on other platforms too(BookMyShow, Townscript etc)

Requirements:

• Passion for social media marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook algorithms and trends.

• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred).

• Good communication and research skills.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
