DAY 1 - Arrival at Maldevta

Day 1 is all about getting to know your fellow riders and gearing up for the journey ahead. Join us for a relaxed and friendly meet and greet session over a delightful HI-Tea. It’s the perfect chance to mingle with your co-riders and our experienced team.

After enjoying some refreshing tea and snacks, it’s time for rider registration at 6 PM. Our team will guide you through the process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for everyone’s safety. Plus, you’ll receive your rider kits filled with all the essentials you’ll need for an amazing cycling experience.

Following registration, we’ll gather for an informative briefing session. We’ll go over the details of the cycling tour, including the route, elevation, and important safety tips, so you feel confident and prepared for the journey ahead.

As the day winds down, we’ll come together for a delicious dinner. It’s a chance to relax, enjoy some good food, and recharge your batteries for the adventures that await. With a rest day planned for tomorrow, you can look forward to an evening of camaraderie and anticipation for the exciting rides ahead..

DAY 2 - Maldevta to Kanatal | 76 Km

Hotel Stay: Hillans Resort, Kanatal
Flag-off Time: 7:00 AM

Today’s ride is a perfect blend of plains and mountains, promising excitement and breathtaking views at every turn. We’ll start with a leisurely pedal through the gentle plains, covering about 40 kilometers. Take in the serene countryside scenery as we gradually make our way towards the majestic mountains looming ahead.

Our team will be on hand with hydration, snacks, and any technical support you might need. Halfway through our adventure, we’ll take a well-deserved break for lunch and a chance to recharge our batteries. Then it’s back on the road, ready to conquer the rest of the journey.

When we finally roll into Kanatal, you’ll be greeted by a cozy hotel nestled among the peaks. A refreshing welcome drink will be served. feel free to check into your rooms and take some time to refresh and recharge for dinner. After enjoying a delicious dinner, it’s time to rest and recharge for the ride ahead. Get a good night’s sleep and wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the adventures of the next day.

DAY 3 - Kanatal to Maldevta | 68 Km

Flag-off Time: 7:30 AM

Start your day right! Get ready, and treat yourself to a delicious breakfast before beginning our ride.Today’s journey promises to be just as exhilarating as yesterday, with stunning views and unforgettable experiences waiting for us along the way.

As we make our way down from the high altitudes, we’ll gradually descend into the lush greenery of the plains. Enjoy the gentle breeze on your face as we coast along, taking in the sights and sounds of the countryside.

Throughout the ride, our support team will be on hand to provide hydration, snacks, and any assistance you might need.

After arriving at the hotel, delight in a refreshing welcome drink. Temporary rooms will be available for freshening up and changing clothes, shared among the riders. We’ll then gather for a felicitation ceremony, followed by a delecious dinner. Finally, we’ll depart for our homes, carrying cherished memories and a profound sense of accomplishment.

Rider transportation (Noida to Maldevta & Back)

Dare2Gear is dedicated to ensuring a hassle-free journey for all riders. We offer a convenient solution by providing a common pickup point in Noida/Delhi, with a specific time shared five days before the trip. Please ensure prompt arrival at the designated point. For groups of six or fewer, we provide INNOVA/SUVs, and for larger groups, a Tempo Traveller will be arranged. Your comfort and convenience are our priority.

Cycle transportation (Noida to Maldevta & Back)

Which type of cycles are allowed in this ride?

As this ride is designed to explore mountains so only 2 types are cycles are allowed, MTB cycles or MTB focused hybrid cycles with minimum tire width of 700*45C. No any other type of bike is allowed like road or rigid fork hybrid to ensure the safety of each rider.

Do you provide cycle on rent, if yes then which bike you provide?

Will I get the cycle according to my height for this ride?

As we have multiple cycle to offer on rent for all sizes ranging from S to XL, so you will get the cycle of right frame size for your ride.

What is included in the cost of cycle rental?

We give only cycle to ride all other mandatory items and accessories you want on cycle you have to bring yourself.

I have taken a cycle on rent When will I get and where?

You will get the cycle on rent a day before start of ride. You will get your cycle at in the same hotel where you will be staying on day one of tour.

what will be weather conditions in daytime when cycling ? And is it cold in evening there ?

Pleasant – yes morning and evening are cold for evening a jacket / pullover is advised

most of our cycling/expedition will be in daylight, right ?

Yes, plan is this but as we have seen sometimes people when about to reach like 4 – 5 km left it gets dark so at that point lights are mandatory and required.

does the mobile network at most of places in route

At stay places it is there on route for small patches some network face some issues of non availability

Does the route have shops for any refreshments?

Yes, but limited and small.
